The SVCA is not an investigative body and is not responsible for the actions of any specific breeder nor is it responsible for statements by breeders.  Breeders pages are listed as authored by the specific breeder.   It is recommended that you fully investigate each breeder in which you are interested, asking questions and getting recommendations to check out further.   This listing is provided for your convenience only.  If  the SVCA is presented information regarding a breeders' breach of SVCA guidelines, the SVCA will act within the confines of its ability.  It assumes no responsibility for breeders' actions or written statements, other than that provided for within the SVCA constitution, by-laws, and Guidelines.  We  hope to soon post a suggested list of questions for prospective buyers to aid you in this endeavor.
